Is Free Shipping available?

Sportzzone.com often offers free shipping storewide or on specific items. Free shipping often comes in the form of discount codes and cannot be combined with other discount codes that may be available. These free shipping promos often have requirements. (ex. Free Shipping on purchases over $40.)

How do I track my package?

After you make your purchase you will receive an email with your order details along with a tracking number. You may also log in to your account and see the tracking information directly on our site. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to Contact us.

How long will it take to get my package?

Depending on the shipping option you chose during checkout & your location, receiving your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days. Free Shipping is a standard 4-7 days

How do I place an Order?

Check out is easy! Choose the size you need (if necessary) then click "add to cart". You will then see a pop-up appear notifying you that you item has been added to your cart successfully. You can then choose to check out that moment or continue to shop. Once you are ready to checkout you can click on "Your Bag" located at the top of the page. Fill in the information needed and proceed to Complete Order. And you're done. Your order details will be sent via email also saved on your account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Sportzzone.com processes orders between 1-2 days to insure that our customers receive their products as soon as possible. So if you do need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately via email support@sportzzone.com or our contact page. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You do not need a account to place an order but it is recommended. Having an account allows you to go back and see you past orders and view tracking information directly from Sportzzone.com. It also allows you to keep you information saved so that your check out process is fast and easy.

What is Sportzzone.com's return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Gift Cards cannot be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
